Electro-mechanical assemblers needed to work in North Little Rock. Ability to read blueprints, drawings and diagrams. Will work in the production department following written procedures and verbal instructions. Must be able to utilize small hand tools and may operate material handling equipment, as well as pallet handlers, forklifts, skids, hand trucks and like equipment. Will prepare in-process or finished good products by performing routine production functions and set up and operate a variety of production equipment used to prepare in-process and finished good products. Requirements:
Some experience with electro-mechanical assembly.

Electronic Assemblers are needed to work for ARMA Design in North Little Rock. Must be a cooperative person, willing to work in a small company environment.

Must be exceptionally proficient and experienced in soldering and rework both through hole and SMT. SMT soldering includes the ability to preform 0603 soldering without the need of a microscope, and 10mill pitch components under a microscope.

Rework printed circuit boards by changing/replacing components and repairing solder joints.

Visually inspect products and circuit boards for quality and workmanship. Knowledge of ISO and IPC standards a plus.

Thorough knowledge of electrical components, pin numbering, assembly techniques, and inspection needs
