<description>&lt;p&gt;Electronic Assemblers are needed to work for ARMA Design in North Little Rock. Must be a cooperative person, willing to work in a small company environment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Must be exceptionally proficient and experienced in soldering and rework both through hole and SMT. SMT soldering includes the ability to preform 0603 soldering without the need of a microscope, and 10mill pitch components under a microscope.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Rework printed circuit boards by changing/replacing components and repairing solder joints.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Visually inspect products and circuit boards for quality and workmanship. Knowledge of ISO and IPC standards a plus.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Thorough knowledge of electrical components, pin numbering, assembly techniques, and inspection needs&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 years minimum Experience working as an electronic assembler in a high-tech company.&lt;/li&gt;
